Kimi KUBO – Chief Executive Officer, CEO
Over the span of three decades, Kimi KUBO has provided invaluable support to companies in managing their human resources and labour-related matters. Her passion for enhancing the workplace extends beyond mere consultation, as she has committed to motivating employees and nurturing robust team dynamics. She has been honoured with the prestigious Order of the Rising Sun award for her dedication to labour insurance administration. Moreover, she was appointed as a mediator and judicial commissioner at the Kobe Summary Court, primarily focusing on resolving labour disputes.

Akiko YOSHIDA – Chief Commercial Officer, CCO
As a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience at China Airlines and five years of office and accounting work at KUBO Social Insurance and Labour Consultant Corporation, she brings a wealth of expertise in sales, customer support and office management. With her extensive background and a demonstrated track record of driving success in a dynamic corporate environment, she is uniquely positioned to steer the commercial strategies and operations of SharoushiMasters toward greater heights. She is dedicated to enhancing team dynamics and organizational success, bringing this commitment to her position as CCO.

Kentaro SASAHARA – Chief Operating Officer, COO
Kentaro SASAHARA is a young professional with a background in international aviation with excellent communication and leadership skills. As the Chief Operating Officer of SharoushiMasters, his mission is to apply his unique blend of skills, international aviation experience, and enthusiasm for simplifying complexity of Canada's labour laws. Completing NASA's Global Education Program at HASSE Space School sharpened his problem-solving skills, imbued him with a profound sense of responsibility, and cemented his commitment to making a meaningful impact.
