• Research and summarize employment standards legislation (federal & provincial);
• Prepare educational content, explainers, and FAQs;
• Develop document templates (non-customized);
• Create compliance checklists and best-practice guides;
• Monitor regulatory updates across Canadian jurisdictions;
• Work with Product & Tech teams to ensure content accuracy;
• Support disclaimer and compliance documentation.

Qualifications 

• Degree or diploma in: Law, Legal Studies, HR, Public Policy, or related field;
• Certification or formal training in: Canadian Employment Standards / HR Compliance;
• Familiarity with: Employment Standards Act (BC and other provinces);
• Strong legal research & writing skills.

• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites to oversee an organization's online presence;

• Perform and complete other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job functions 

• Provide legal consultations in their individual capacity as independently licensed professionals, directly to end users via the SharoushiMasters platform;
• Deliver legal advice and professional opinions solely under their own professional responsibility and licensing authority, independent from SharoushiMasters;
• Conduct consultations related to employment law matters only where permitted by their provincial or territorial license;
• Maintain full compliance with:

               — The Law Society of British Columbia or other applicable provincial law societies

               — Professional conduct rules and ethical obligations

• Establish and manage solicitor-client relationships directly with clients, including confidentiality and record-keeping obligations;
• Independently assess whether a client matter falls within their authorized scope of practice;
• Set professional availability and consultation schedules via the platform;
• Provide ongoing proof of valid licensing and good standing with the relevant regulatory authority;
• Carry professional liability insurance where required by the applicable law society.

Qualifications 

• Active license as:

               — Canadian Lawyer (Employment Law), or

               — Licensed Paralegal (where permitted by provincial regulation)

• Valid membership and good standing with:

               — the Law Society of British Columbia, or

               — another applicable Canadian provincial law society

• Proof of professional liability insurance (if required);
• Agreement to operate strictly as an independent contractor;
• Acceptance of platform terms, compliance disclosures, and jurisdiction-specific limitations.
